If I develop another shadowing course, I will:

1. Get concrete commitment for content

"In week X, prof Y will teach topic Z"
"In week X-3, prof Y will give Hunter content"

2. Get long term curriculum commitment from dept.
3. Get funds/support commitment from dept.

4. Teach faculty how to structure L1 LANGUAGE content.

5. Run the course in a computer lab

6. Insist on CGI script type server

7. Promote online TOEIC study as adjunct

8. Spend time familiarizing students

-with English program.
-with the need for English (grad school, job hunting).
